Episode 13
13: COUPONING THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY
Why start couponing? Should you be couponing? Is extreme couponing hard?
Today's episode I discuss how I got started into extreme couponing, strategies I've used, and why I do not coupon heavily any more. Couponing is a great way to save on your grocery bill and ease up on the stress of your wallet if you are already strapped for cash. It is fun if you enjoy the process, but it can easily way on your family because of the time it takes to store hop and chase deals throughout the week.
Here are some resources I used and recommend to get started: (I highly recommend getting Amazon Prime, or Prime for students)
- 3 in 3 ring zip binder (CASE IT) is the binder I have
- Baseball card sleeves
- Dividers
- School Supplies
Websites to check out for digital coupons:
- Coupons.com
- Krazy Coupon Lady Beginners Guide (Great source for beginners)
- RedPlum (Now Retail Me Not)
- Smart Source
- your favorite grocery store frequent shopper programs!
