Some Billionaires use to be Millionaires and so on.  But how do they maintain their wealth and not lose it all like so many lottery winners?

There are a few things I left out, which is INVESTING their money, Outsourcing the things they do not know and Leveraging Debt.  I left them out on purpose as this episode is about the habits that Millionaires and Billionaires do to maintain their wealth, especially from the perspective of growing their finances from the ground up.
